brighter lighting

I have a Rockwood Minilite 2503S. We just returned to Ohio from a 9,000 mile trip to the Pacific NW and the trailer performed almost flawlessly. If I could change or modify one thing it is the interior lighting. For our old eyes the ceiling LED lights are just not bright enough. I have a portable plug in light but would rather increase the brightness of the ceiling light fixtures. I pulled out an RV parts catalog and am thoroughly confused by the large array of types of replacement bulbs offered. Any suggestions?

I would also like to add a couple additional new fixtures under storage area over the dining table. There is a hollow space on the bottom of the storage area that I could run additional wires through, but before I start tearing things apart in my 2018 trailer I would like some suggestions and comments.

By the way we saw more smoke and fires than I ever care to see again.
