Broken fuse light dim

Not sure if you can tell from the photo but the very top fuse light is on but very dim. This top light has always been on. There has never been a fuse in that spot and there is no wire hooked up inside to that port so why the light is on is beyond my. Anyhow, why is it dim? It hasn't been for the last year. I took out another fuse just to see if the LED was going dull but it was dim too. Anyone run into this?

Have no idea, some of mine will light when the fuse is taken out and some don't. Been that way since new. I don't trust any of them, I just use a probe and test any that are suspect. Could be a loose ground somewhere in that light circuit.
