Buss Breaker keeps popping

Suddenly the Buss Breaker keeps popping within seconds of flipping it back . It is a sudden thing that just started out of know where (I think). This Buss goes to the generator and to the batteries. When popped it also prevents me from using shore power. I've run the lines and don't see any frays in the lines. Any ideas, see attached photo...

Thanks in advance!

The connections look cruddy. First I would use the wire brush and contact cleaner.

Breakers do not last forever. Not expensive. After cleaning try the breaker with the wire not hooked up to it. What is the wire hooked to?

Battery voltage is?
