Camera & outside mirrors not working

Right & left mirrors not able to adjust. Right & left cameras not working. Rear camera works awhile after starting. I assume it is a fuse somewhere, but where. 2016 forest river sunseeker class C.

Is your particular Sunseeker built on a Ford, Chevy, or Mercedes-Benz chassis? You might want to add your Sunseeker model and chassis type to your profile or signature so people can give you answers applicable to your RV.

If you have a Ford E-series, you might want to remove the kick panel in front of the drivers knees. The wiring for the mirrors and the camera switch box may be there. When these add-on modules are installed, they often have in line fuses tucked away in the sloppy rat’s nest of aftermarket tangled wiring.

The official Ford E-series fuse panels are one under the hood, driver side, and one under the dash, in front of the parking brake pedal. The owners manual describes fuse functions.

There are probably about 100 fuses scattered around in a Sunseeker.

Thanks, checked all fuses under hood, looked around parking brake area, but did not remove any panels and didn’t see anything

Nope. You probably won’t find the in-line fuses, if there are any for your situation, without removing panels. There can even be a fuse under the driver side step well panel. Wherever the fuse holder lands, that’s where the builder leaves it. They’re not labeled or documented.

The fuses under the hood are primarily for engine/drive train. The Ford fuse panel near the parking brake pedal is more for interior functions. Again, the owners manual identifies the Ford fuses. But the mirror power and camera switching are possibly or probably add on devices.

Mirrors not working

I have a 2013 Sunseeker the fuse for the mirrors is under the dash near the steering wheel, not in a fuse box. Hope this helps.

Hi there. Sounds like the battery is low on power. Make sure your runnin at minimum 11.5 volts. Usually these accessories tend to glitch/not work below that. Double check your battery

Mirrors working, just didn't know the top ones only swivel out. You have to manually swivel them in. Did find the the switcher for the cameras behind the panel under the steering wheel. Called Rear View Safety and found out the switcher is bad. Will order a new one $48 and 30 day free return.

Are you sure about your mirrors by being powered to swivel out but manual to swivel in?

Mine are powered mirrors in all directions. (The lower convex mirrors are manual in and,out only)

The on off switch operates the heating function of the mirrors.
