Can't find connection for battery positives

Hello everybody. I've just gotten a used 2015 XLR thunderbolt and I'm in the process of restoring it. I'm having trouble finding where the two battery positives are connected. They're both grounded to the frame. All trailer positives to one battery and all negatives to the other. From what I've been able to tell from following the positive wires so far is driver side goes to the power inverter and passenger side goes to the generator. The solar panel is only charging the driver side unless I hook a jumper cables from that battery's positive to the positive on the passenger side battery. Then they both charge. I was thinking it was a poor connection but now I wonder if there's just no connection at all. Has anybody dealt with this before?
