Changing from Lead Acid Grp 24 to AGM Grp31

My Mini Lite 1909 SG came with a single Grp 24. We are planning to do some boondocking in a few weeks so I thought I'd get a Zamp Solar Panel and a Grp 31 AGM. Bought a Duracell AGM. First thing I notice when I get the battery home is that the threaded post is larger. Goes from 5/16th on the 24 to 3/8th on the 31 (and had to buy the nuts separately). Next I notice that my Duracell charger ring terminal won't fit the new posts. I'm assuming that means the ring terminal at my TT needs to be replaced because I don't remember it being a loose fit. Before I drive the 10 miles to the storage site which isn't near any stores I figured I better buy everything I need.

Plan to install new box and battery today. Thought there might be a 3/8th and 5/16th short (under 1 ft) cables, but haven't seen any. Will replace the TT ring terminals.

In other threads folks have talked about changing the converter when changing batteries. My converter is a WFCO Ultra III (WF-8900) and the manual says nothing.

So, besides the box and the ring terminals is there anything else I need to consider?

Thanks,

TBDub

Why worry about replacing the undersized ring terminals when all you need to do is snip them with a side cutter and spread them open?

I'd also just clip the ring and spread it.
