You need to rely on your battery less. Resistance heating like a hair dryer, microwave or an electric blanket use a lot of current. Running the furnace all night requires around 5 amps when it is on. Best to think in terms of extra blanket, down comforter, down bags. With the trailer closed up it will not get that cold.

If you really want to use a TV, lights, electric blanket, etc. then you need two batteries or more that can take the drawdown of all of that use. That usually means AGM or lithium batteries.

I boondock maybe 40% of the time and have two grp 27 batteries and I don't recall what rating. I just got a match for the original two days after I brought my 5th wheel home and hooked them up. Going on three years now without any problems. I have two Honda 2000 gens but usually just run one at a time. I fire up in the morning to brew coffee and charge up after running the heat at night. I have a charging station setup and have everyone plug their toys when the gen is running. And in the evening I run for a couple hours before bedtime. I have a small inverter to run the tv for the kids when they want it.

Making coffee with a percolater on the propane stove eliminates the need to start a generator in the morning and also heats up the rig. One of my favorite times in any RV.

Instant coffee is getting better and better. I like Starbucks Via but Nescafé is surprisingly decent.

SWMBO must have her Kcup coffee with just the right amount of creamer at her bedside when she awakens. I have found it's easier to meet her needs then take care of mine.

Blackrock, you are a man who would fit in well with me and my three surviving brothers and all of our wives. Mine never opens one eye in the morning until the aroma of perking coffee wafts its way into the "upstairs" bed room. Yuban Kona Blend is our go to, but we brought some beans back from Maui last month that are "killer" and held only for special occasions.

There are several non powered K-cup coffee makers on Amazon, like MyCup, IIRC. You just pour heated water in a container over the K Cup holder. $14-30 unit dependent.
