Chassis battery reads .3V

Starting today, in my 2022 forest river mercedes sunseeker, my firefly control panel is reading my chassis battery at .3V. I've run the gen, driven the RV, and connected to shore power and it still reads .3V

Any ideas what could be wrong? Everything works as expected and the chassis battery is strong. It has been working fine since I got it in December.

Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. the first thing I would do is take your multimeter and read the chassis battery with the disconnect open and with the battery cables removed and see what the actual voltage is. Reconnect the battery close the disconnect and read the voltage again this way you are checking the actual battery condition and the converter. May just be your remote device you are reading. JMHO

I've done more trouble shooting:

The chassis battery is strong. There is no voltage on the BIM 160 at terminal A, which comes from the chassis battery. I called precision circuits and they confirmed there should be 12V here all the time.

I can see the red wire attached to the back of the BIM160 housing and there are no volts directly on the wire either. It's impossible to trace the red wire back because forest river has it encased in spray foam.

There must be a disconnect or breaker somewhere but I can't find it.

I agree with SeaDog.

Remove the battery from the motorhome equation by removing the battery cables. Take a reading of the battery with your digital meter. Then reconnect the cables and take readings again. This removing, reconnecting is basically a power reboot. Maybe that resets your firefly control panel.

BTW……the firefly used to display the proper voltage of your chassis battery once upon a time?

I found the breaker! It is directly under the driver's seat in the 2022 mercedes. It was popped, as suspected! Once I reset the breaker, everything works as normal and I have 12V on the chassis battery reading again.

Thanks to all who tried to help me out. Looking forward to this forum.

Popped, or someone turned off to isolate the battery?

Hopefully the latter. Enjoy.

The breaker was tripped. See the photo I posted above. Hopeful it was a one time thing and won't keep tripping. This is the only time it's done that and I've used it daily for 3 months.
