Control Panel

I am new to rving--I have a new 2021 FR Sierra. It is a 384QBOK. The other day the control panel worked just fine. Yesterday not. It has power since it has backlit lights and the hot water button glows red, but none of the other buttons are working. None of the lights, the slide outs or the awning. I am sure it is just some small thing I need to do, but I don't have a clue and the owners manual is not help. I have checked the breakers, at least I think I looked at them all! And I figured if it was a breaker, no lights would be illuminating.

I ended calling Forest River and they are sending me a new control panel to replace the one I have. Since I received no push back from them, they agreed to a new one immediately, I am assuming this must be a common problem.
It's a shame that they don't notify owners of an issue though.
