Control panel will not turn on

Hi, I'm Jack and am having a problem with my QVA TP35 control panel not wanting to turn on when I push and hold the power button on for two or more seconds. I hit the reset button and all the back lights came on but when I let go of the reset button I only heard a beep and the red light on the power button came back on and the power still would not come on so I could open my slides. I called the Camping World Tech and he said he thought the panel had a problem. Has anyone else had this problem. I am showing my batteries have around 13 volts on them. I have a 2019 384QBOK SIERRA by the way. I just want to fix the problem and not have to take the unit back to the dealer for 2 months and who is 70 miles away.

I don't have one. But, is this what you have? I found this rough copy of a user manual. It seems to have a small bit of trouble shooting help. Search the page for "reorient". It appears this is a wireless unit? Maybe a low battery or some such that is keeping it from talking to the mating part?

Same problem inexperienced today

Hey Jack, I just experienced the same problem you are having with your qva tp35 control unit not functioning correctly. Only difference is mine will actually turn on after the reset and stay on but non of the buttons function at all. I was able to connect my phone Bluetooth through the app to the unit and control all my lights, awning, etc. through it but the unit eventually beeps and turns itself of by itself. Was wondering if you have had any luck figuring out what caused yours to malfunction. Many thanks! Josh

I contacted Forest River. Super nice folks and they were on top of the issue. Sending a replacement panel to me. Will let you know if that fixes it.
