Converter fan

We just returned from a long trip back east. We have a 2021 No Bo 19.5. The 15amp converter breaker blew a couple of days before we returned. It also tripped the 30 amp plug-in at the campground pole. I noticed that the refrigerator was blinking when plugged in and we had to make it run on propane the rest of the way home also the built in vacuum didn't work either. Everything else worked, AC, lights, slide, awning, water pump, etc...I just replaced the breaker. But when I plugged it in, the converter fan ran for about 2 seconds and then stopped. Breaker didn't trip or anything yet. Our batteries were pretty much dead after I replaced the breaker. The fuse box doesn't seem too hot, but it used to run for about a half hour after I plugged it in while it was charging the battery before we left. I've never even looked at the batteries, or battery wiring. Someone mentioned something about water levels in the batteries. I really don't know if anything is wrong, its just weird. We live in Phoenix, so it's been HOT.
