Converter not working

We bought our CC 38FL6 in November and took it on a long weekend for the first outing. The converter didn't work. We took it back to the dealer who supposedly replaced it. I just brought our "home" to my new work assignment and the converter isn't working. Thoughts? NOT a happy camper.

Yes. Since posting I checked the fuses and they are okay but as I was trying to get them back in apparently I arced across something and it kicked in for two seconds then off again.

based on your last comment, I would direct my search to where you were poking around when it kicked on for 2 seconds. first thought is loose wire to backside of fuse connection. Remember to unplug your coach from shore power and disconnect your batteries before doing so..
