Why do you want more connectors? The connector appears to be simple PC board on one side, and pins on the other in a plastic housing. Whether pin spacing or plastic housing is anything standard is an open question. Looks like the connector is set to only work in one orientation, which means polarity may matter.
The connector used appears to have 4 wires, so that means it's very likely some or all of the LED driver electronics are located in the upstream unit. Which means you need both units for the LED lights to function correctly.
Both fluorescent and LED lights do not operate off either 120V AC or 12V DC directly. They need driving electronics to provide proper voltage, current, and frequency to the light emitters. In light bulb replacements, the electronics are usually put in the bulb base so that the LED bulb is a direct replacement for an incandescent bulb with the same pin/base configuration. I'm not sure what's in the base unit of your Costco LED lights without knowing more about them.
