Dash Radio Question

Despite my general ignorance about RVs and navigating forums like this I have a question - Can I power the dash radio on my 2012 FR Sunseeker 3100 from the coach batteries with the coach battery switch turned on but without turning the key in the ignition? I want to turn the radio on for 2 - 3 hours while parked and have it powered from the coach batteries. I don't want to run down the engine battery since the engine would not be running.

I have reviewed some previous threads that made reference to some FR RVs have a circuit that would accommodate this.

Thank you for your help.

Keith,
My experience with my Sunseeker is yes; as long as you have the battery disconnect turned on, you can power your 12 volt devices (including the radio) from your house batteries.

By the way, we are living in San Diego now, but still own a house in Raleigh...miss the area.
