Remove the battery caps and be sure the water level is up to the fill point. If low, add distilled water.

Charge the battery back up, wait a couple of hours and check it with a $8 hydrometer. if you can't remove caps or if an AGM, go get it load tested. There's parasitic drain in most campers. Keep it plugged in all the time and check the water every few months.
