DS Scare & ODS Scare- Elec. Switches

What do they mean? What do they turn on? Am a new owner.

If it is like mine, there are 2 flood lights, one one each side. DS=door side & ODS= opposite door side.

Inside the same lighting control panel is a 120v switch, what does it do??

My single flat switch like TURBS posted controls my ceiling fan.

Correct
I have a Columbus and that's the only 120v looking switch in the switch panel.
