DX3 fuel pick up tube

Does anyone know where to get a new generator fuel pick up tube that goes in the fuel tank? We have a 2015 DX3

I may be wrong on this but I believe they stand tube for the generator is an internal part of the fuel pump in the tank and not a separate part. That was how it was on my class A. What problem are you experiencing

The one I have is a brass fitting on top and 5/16 brass tube that goes in the driver's side fuel tank. My fuel pump is at the generator.

what happened to the original tube? generator gas being fed from main tank will only pull fuel down to 1/2 to 1/3 full so you don't run out of gas and get stranded.

My generator wouldn’t run for over 5 min and then would throw a number 25 code. After a lot of troubleshooting I found out it was sucking air somewhere. I vacuum checked the fuel line it checked out ok. Tested both fittings they checked out ok. Pulled the pick up tube out of the fuel tank and found a 2 inch crack at the top.

Clean it and solder the crack. Use a Bernz-O-Matic style torch. If you don't have one, you could do the job over the gas-range burner.

If it's standard tubing with a compression fitting, just buy a foot of it and cut to length. You will probably need a new compression ring, too. Both of these are available at Lowe's, Home Depot, and most hardware stores.

I repaired this one. I was wanting to buy a new one. I can’t find out who made the original one. Dynamax doesn’t know either. Two different Freightliner parts counters doesn’t know either. Cummins has nothing in their books either. ??????Help!!
