Electrical panel for Water and battery flickers

The electrical panel (Battery, Gray, Clean and Black Water of my Apex Nano is blinking when I click it and the goes dark. If this just a fuse I can replace? The problem is I have locked all over and can't find my fuse boxes.

It sounds more like a loose or shorted connection than a blown fuse.

You don't list which Nano you have so I can't be of much help with the power center location, but it's likely near the floor behind a gray or black panel. Below the stove or bunks depending on which model you have.

I think this is the answer right here and it is beyond my skill set.
