Electrical/Power Oddities Sierra 37sp

I promise I have read and read and researched and researched before posting this. We picked up a 2007 FR Sierra 37sp last weekend and are having some power oddities with it.
We are able to run everything in the trailer on Generator, we are able to run everything in the trailer on 110 (we blow a 15 amp fuse in the converter charger every time that we plug it in, but everything seems to work) but when we plug it into 50amp service, we have zero power in the trailer.
We have tested lots of things (all of the breakers have power to them, transfer switch appears to be working (we can hear it switch when we change from generator to shore power) that I don't even know are relevant, so hesitate to list it all. Any thoughts?

1, is it possible that your cord is bad? I'd test power on the end of it.

2, you need to open the transfer switch and test power on the shore power incoming side.

Have you confirmed power on the output side of the transfer switch?

And then the next appliance in line would be a hard-wired EMS, if you have one.

After that would be the distribution panel. Have you checked power at the double-main 50amp breaker?

Where are you plugging in to 50A service? Have you tried more then place? If you are plugging in at home it could be wired wrong. Blowing a 15A fuse is a sign something isn't right.
