Forest River Convenience Center

Not sure if the Forest River Convenience Center console is uniform in all Forest River units or not, so here goes...the console on my unit (2007 Charleston 410TS) has gone dark. No display at all. Possibly related is the slides, air conditioning and the generator aren't working as well. The event that I believe triggered all of this is I mistakenly turned the generator on before disconnecting from shore power. Since then I've experienced the problems mentioned above. Any thoughts?

you should have a transfer switch so starting the generator while on shore power shouldn't me an issue.
A picture of the center will help as they are not all the same, even the same model and year could vary
