Frozen Battery

May have gotten lucky. Got inside and radio/electronics center and 12 V lights work. After a delay, the fridge came on with 12V power. Power tongue jack isn't working off power. Will see how it all looks in the morning.

My Highwall kept in insulated garage, but temperatures down to maybe20 F or so. Didn't know battery should be kept charged and may have frozen. After 3 days connected to house power, tongue jack not working. However, voltage across each battery is 13.28 V.

since tongue jacks live outside sometimes the electrics inside the jack and switches get corroded by rainwater...

you can try to work on the internals... not too difficult or just replace... not real expensive

Fuse

Searched around the web and took another look. My RV has a fuse between the batteries and tongue jack. Fuse had come loose; most certainly from removing the propane tank cover after the lid came off and cover cracked while towing TT home late winter/early spring.
