Welcome to the forum, I see it is your 1st post
1st things 1st... while you did mention your R/V model, when asking questions about specific things (like the furnace in your case), it is always best to include the make/model of the furnace and the thermostat. Not all R/Vs have the same stuff in them. There are many furnace models and types of controls. (thermostats)
2nd... as mentioned, the A/C unit is run by 120v and the furnace is 12v. Two different systems. Breakers for the A/C will have nothing to do with the fuse for the furnace blowing.
You are going to need to trace and test the 12v circuitry for the furnace from the power distribution box (where we assume the blown fuse is located) to the furnace.
Do you own a multimeter and know how to use it?
To add to the mix... some A/C units and furnaces are controlled by something other than just a wall thermostat. Units with Firefly, Precision Plex and LCD digital controls are often yet a horse of another color.
Give us some additional information and we can better help you.
