Furrion 30” Electric Fireplace Issue

Hi! I recently noticed that my electric fireplace wasn’t working, which is odd because I have only used maybe 3 times and I bought the camper new! Anyway, I ordered a new one and my husband installed and it worked that day; we went back to the camper (permanent spot)a couple of weeks later and I tried to turn it on and it didn’t work either!! We took it out and plugged in another receptacle and it didn’t work in it either. I plugged a fan into the receptacle that the fireplace was initially plugged into and it worked. What would cause my fireplaces to go out? Thanks for your help!!
