Fuse help

Hey all, trolling for awhile but I believe it’s my first post. 2011 FR Georgetown 350 bunk house. Ford v10 engine. This weekend we had trouble getting the coach to start after fueling up. Turned key and nothing at all. Checked the battery, 12.6v and charging fine. Turned the key on and off several times then it started. Thinking maybe a relay going bad. Started to rain back on the road and turned wipers on. Tarts smelling something “burn” and wipers stopped. Turned them off. Got down to the fuse box under the drivers side and Tried identifying fuses. Well no diagram and can’t find one online. I did find something a little unsettling. Can anyone tell me what this is, could it have something to do with windshield wipers and can it be replaced? You can see one to the left that’s identical, only not burned. Supposed to be traveling to TN this Thursday and really need to get this fixed. Thank you

According to your 2011 Ford motorhome chassis owners manual those are (2) diodes (brake transmission shift interlock 2@).

Updated: Prevents transmission from being moved out of park without brake pedal applied. Very easy to check if you have a multimeter.

Thanks. I don’t understand how one burned up and why my windshield wipers won’t work and problems starting now... any ideas?

I think fuse 11 in the fuse panel you show is for wipers.

This is a longshot. I think near the base of the steering column are the chassis tie in modules protruding from the column for all steering wheel functions. Might take a look.
