Generator vibration / 2022 forester 2401 MBS

I have a 2022 Forester with a generator that IS NOT A ONAN. Generator at high load vibrates so hard ( when AC is running) the access door with the latches dogged down vibrated lose and came off the generator. I hope this isn't a standard for the non ONAN manufacturer. at partial or less than full load generator runs relatively smooth.

Anybody have similar issues or do I have a problem needing warranty. Haven't taken the unit to the dealer as yet.

What generator do you have? I would check all the motor mounts the may be to loose or even to tight, over compressing the rubber bushings is just as bad as loose.

It's a 2022 rig. I'd call the dealer. That level of vibration can't be normal.
