Post number 6 in that same thread referenced above is the issue. Like the guy with the Maine accent says "You can't get there from here."


The cheap inverter was an exceptionally bad deal. I will sell it on Craigslist or whatever, and spend money on a unit that is designed with the proper ground setup.

The inverter I have now will never integrate in an rv. It is fine for a cabin or something (even then, better not want a GFCI!), but really can not be used in an integrated system. Will lose some money on the deal, but tuition is never free.



Now to search this forum for folks that integrated inverters and which ones they happily used..
