Gfi outlet is lite up and won't reset. Tried different GFI outlet and does the same thing. Breaker doesn't kick off just GFI no power to outlets. And help would be appreciated.

Or... one of the outlets downstream that this GFCI protects has water/moisture in it.
Also... I'm assuming things have worked correctly before today?
If this is a brand new rig, it could be wired incorrectly.

As I look at the GFI plug cover a little closer is it burnt (melted) or is that just a reflection in the pic?

X2. Could be a bad reflection, but it does look toasted. Additionally, is it wired correctly, i.e. LINE wires to LINE & LOAD wires to LOAD?

Year is a 2011. Everything work great up till now. It's not burnt just looks like it. Tried a different gfi outlet but it didn't work either.

It is the "mouse" time of the year. Where are you located?
Loose connection maybe? Check the wires.

So... as mentioned... did you check the OTHER outlets that are daisy-chained to the GFCI?

Have you had rain where you're at lately?? Check your outside outlet/s for any moisture.

Yep, that can happen.
You need to see if it needs some sealer.
Glad you figured it out and thanks for posting. It will help others.
