GFI Outlet issues

2021 Geo Pro 19 FBS. GFI outlet will not reset. Replaced it and the new one will not test or reset either. All outlets are dead. Breaker appears OK and no bad fuses I can find .

All other electric appliances appear OK.

Plugged into shore power.

Any ideas what to try next???

Is there power on the service sire of the breaker? Turn breaker off and on again to insure it is actually on. GFCI will not reset without power or if the fault is still existent. Fuses have no bearing on 120VAC system.

I have switched the breaker off and on several times. How do I check if the breaker is bad?

With a voltmeter. You should have 120v AC between the outlet of the breaker of the neutral buss bar. The outlet of the breaker is the screw that holds the black wire in place on the breaker. The neutral buss bar is the row of screws that have white wires inserted.

If you have 120v AC there then go to the outlet and check that you have 120 V AC on the wires coming into the outlet.

Have you found the issue? If not.....

It would be a good idea to unplug everything from all the outlets in the GFCI circuit. (More than likely all the outlets that are not working)

Has it been raining recently?

You're probably thinking like I am. I had a persistent ground fault that drove me nuts until I found that rainwater had gotten into the exterior outlet. I took the cover off and there was a pool of water in the box. Dried it out, replaced the corroded outlet, and sealed everything up with a generous bead of silicone, and PRESTO! GFCI reset and it never tripped again.

Found the problem. Needed to access the inverter reset button. Inverter is behind the wall in the closet under the tv.
Hit reset and then reset the GFCI. All outlets are now hot.
