Hardwire EMS unit pictures

Looking at getting an PI hardwire unit but just can't picture it in my head where or how to place it. Looking at my picture and if I place it near the RV plug near the storage bin would I need to get more wire to go to/from unit? Any place else better to install unit especially with remote unit inside RV? Thanks

My fuse panel is mounted under my fridge. There was a boat load of space behind it, so I disconnected the feed wire and connected it in the EMS, then ran a new short piece of wire to the fuse panel. Fridge is next to our main entry door, so I attached the monitor where I can see it from outside.
