Heated mattress controller fuse

The fuse in one of our heated mattress controllers is blown and I'd like to find and solder in a replacement fuse. The controller is made by ThermoSoft and is model ETL-2.

Does anyone know the correct fuse size or is there an easy way to find out? I've sent an email to ThermoSoft but I haven't yet received a reply.

Thanks

Paul

in all 6 years i've been on various hybrid forums, i've never heard of this happening.
it did happen on a number of bunk light/fan combos but never seen it happen to the heated mattress controller.
is it an actual fuse or a diode?

Have you contacted ThermoSoft?
I am betting they might make good on your controller.

I needed an out of warranty replacement on the sofa bed blow up mattress and expected to pay full rate (after all I owned up that it was my fault. They stated they had a no fault warranty of 2 years and after that they would replace it for the wholesale cost (less than a Coleman blowup without the motor.)

Get in touch with their customer service department.
You just might be surprised.

Did you ever get a response from ThermoSoft? I am trying to replace my controllers. Both shorted out and smoke up last time we plugged them in. I can not find a web site for the business. Controllers ETL-2
