High Voltage Issue - SOLVED

I bought a tRC Surge Guard surge protector 50 amp. I recently plugged into a newly installed 50 amp source. I plugged in and everything checked out okay after the 128 second cycle. When I hooked the camper I got a "RV Power Off" prompt and no power to the camper. I got the same message a couple weeks ago so I plugged in direct. Everything worked fine and voltage was centered on the volt meter inside. However when I did that the last time the inside meter pegged out on the high side.

Thoughts on the most probable cause? Thanks all!

The high voltage at the campground was a setting on the power company's line transformer.

Update on the sg6923 post. The problem was an open neutral in the male plug. Electrician fixed and all is well. No damage caused by the increased voltage.
