Horrible renogy customer service
It is so sad that a company that builds a decent quality product has such CONSISTENTLY HORRIBLE customer service. I would consider every other possible alternative to a Renogy product unless you can stomach potentially HOURS of wait time on the phone and even online chat. It may be the WORST customer service experience I have ever had!
As I Googled "Renogy Customer Service Experience" I found this has been going on for years...I had no idea. You wait in the phone cue and ultimately are asked to leave a message that is not returned. You wait in the Chat queue for hours...if you ever rise to the top, you just hope you have an agent that can communicate with you.
It took me 35 minutes during my chat to just get a return shipping label re-sent to me when they failed to attach it to an email from 4 days ago. (And never responded to my email telling them that...I had to go on their Chat again.)
I even had a Renogy dealer I found online who when I called them said they really try to NOT sell Renogy because of the HORRIBLE customer service even they get from them!
