House batteries in motorhome leaking? Safe?

We have a 2014 Georgetown MH 328T. Noticed the house batteries were not staying charged and inverter not working. This is what I found. Looks like it's leaking? Needs to be replaced? Wonder if it's under warranty...how long are they supposed to last?

2-4 years is the usually all that can be expected from factory wet cell batteries . 4 years would be if they get excellent care( checking and adjusting each cell fluid level with distilled water every 4-6 months and maintained charge) . Looks like you may be boiling out a cell on the battery due to low fluid during charging. In any event they are end of life and not under warranty. Replace them , decide if you want to switch to no maintenance AGM or jump to lithium to power that inverter better. I would still confirm that the converter if putting out charge voltage and the bcc is charge voltage to batteries when coach running. Good luck.
