Installing Solar on a 29vbud

Hey all, I'm looking for some advice on how to best run wires for roof mounted solar on my 2020 Wildwood 29VBUD. Right now the battery bank is still on the A frame, but we'll probably move to Litium and bring it inside later.

Anyone done this and care to share how or have advice on how to approach it?

Moved thread from the Modifications and Updates section to the Electrical, Charging Systems and Solar sub-forum since the OP's questions are specific to that sub-forum.

It's not cheap, but I'd likely opt for this particular combiner box:

Bring your panels together in it and then drop down into one of the front closets in order to get to wherever you're going to be installing the solar controller + batteries.

Thanks @ependydad. I've never seen one of those. Is this for a PWM controller with all the panels in parallel?

The front closets are on the curved portion of the roof. Do you run wire through the aluminum or drill through the wood ceiling and run the wiring in the room to get to the cabinets?

I did my panels in series sets and then those series sets in parallel to a MPPT controller. I did the series wiring at the panels (straight with the MC4 connections- positive to negative between the panels and then the outside positive and negative to the combiner box for the parallel connections).

I went straight through the wooden roof into a closet (different layout than yours, but same concept).
