Interior lights not working at the switch

So we just got our 2021 avenger 29rsl and
The interior lights are not working at the switch wondering if there's a quick fix or if something is wrong

Did you make sure the lights are on individually? (press to light). And is your battery charged and battery disconnect not engaged?

Do you mean you're plugged into shore power?
Sometimes there's a master switch that can control all the lights. But you have to turn each of the individual light switches on.

Is your master battery control switch turned on?
Almost everything 12 volt is controlled by that switch.
