I think I've replaces one (1) fuse in the panel the past dozen-plus seasons and it was clearly identified by the LED.
I routinely switch the water heater breaker off to avoid it trying to heat when empty. Replacing the heat element was simple but annoying. I put some white paint on the top of the breaker handle to easily identify it without squinting at the hand written labels.

Could you prop a mirror so that the panel is reflected in it, lay on the bed and reach down? Its confusing at first looking in the mirror but doable (I used to use this method when working on cables at the back of electronics). Good luck.

Belly height standing? Or sitting? Or lying down?
Mine is also belly height. But I have to lie on the floor on my left side to get to it.
However, it's accessible with slides in any position.
And yes, I'll match you belly for belly!

My husband is a big guy with back problems...he will NEVER be able to even SEE the box, let alone change something.
Not only that, but you have to lie directly on the floor and look up to see the fuses..getting your arms in there to pull and put them back in is another issue. Difficult to impossible of you have had any kind of neck issues.
So...FR engineers, if you read these at all..FOR GOSH SAKE PUT THE PANELS WHERE A NORMAL PERSON CAN REACH THEM, we are not all toothpick contortionists!
The main question - can I get this panel moved? ...I will give up storage or closet space for this bit of luxury of not having to try to change or even check a fuse from laying on the floor, wedged between a bed and wall...and most likley at some point in future, getting stuck.
Thank you.

Generally speaking..........
Placement is done for ease of construction.
The don't give a rat's patoot about convenience or comfort.
......but folks keep buying, so why change?

Mine is floor level right by the door and steps to the bedroom. Absolutely hate the location. Thank goodness it has the fuse failure LED indicators.

Agreed. Our Georgetown has all of the 120 VAC breakers on the panel that is the foot of the bed. If you cannot extend the bed slide for some reason, such as being off-level when in storage or if you have a slide mechanism malfunction, you cannot get to any of the breakers. (Yes,I have a picture of the breaker labels on my phone.)
In addition, all of that 120 VAC wiring moves when the bed slide extends or retracts. This actually is where the output cable from the automatic transfer switch terminates. I mean, seriously, what were they thinking? On other models where the bed is fixed at least the wiring does not flex. But the opposite wall move because it is the slide so the breaker panel is still blocked.
The Precision Plex controller is all by its lonesome smack in the middle of a panel inside a middle compartment. There's plenty of room all around it and putting the 120 VAC breakers there would make far more sense. FR actually had to run the transfer switch cable further away to get it into the rear of the coach.
And why no power switch on the Suburban water heater? I can control the propane but not the electric heater unless I go outside, remove the cover and manually flip the switch? That takes all of a different model with a power relay in the heater. When plugged into a 30-amp campground I want the electric heater off because it pulls around 12 amps. I usually forget because out of sight, out of mind.
Here's another one. The Lippert (Power Gear) slide controllers are actually very accessible. They are mounted to the roof of the basement compartment under the slide they control. Very nice placement, actually. But in order to see the LEDs for troubleshooting purposes you have to be a bit of a contortionist to remove the covers. So when I have some time I'm going to remove each cover and drill a small hole in the bottom so I can see the LEDs without having to remove the cover.
