LCI remote problem

I have a 2107 wildwood. The only way I can get my bathroom or island lights to work are by using the remote and pressing the lightbulb button that turns on my awning LED lights. The lights will not turn on from their switches if the awning light is not on. Anyone have any ideas to correct this problem? I have called the tech @ Forest River and she stated this is a new one to her. Please help!

It sounds like the bath and island lights are back feeding the negative through the awning light control. possibly because of an open negative. It could be hard to find but the place to start is to pull the lights that have the problem and see if you see anything wrong with the wiring.

Do you know where the remote receiver is located? It would be a good idea to check there too to see if there are any blown fuses.

The lights worked as normal when I first bought the camper this spring but this has been happening the last few times we used it. The receiver is under my bathroom sink. I will check the fuses in it.
