I know of two ways. Mine you had to pull down on it as it is spring loaded and hard to get out kind of like a wing bolt you put into a wall, the whole unit has to be replaced. Mine had no bulb. 2nd type is you can unscrew the ring and the fixture will come out here again you have to replace the while thing as they are not bulbs. Later RJD
