LED Light Question

I have a 2015 CC Silverback 33RL and I have an LED above the microwave area that has gone out. It is a flat panel type with 5 lights and it seems to be soldered. Any idea what way would be best to replace this and where one can find this. It looks like it is from Bright Ideas LLC and model SL206M2, I did a search and did not see anything.

Thanks

Same problem

I had the same problem with one of these. After six months and hardly any use, the led started to overheat and was on its way melting through the white plastic cover.

I've searched all over the web for a place that sells replacements with NO luck. If any one knows where I can buy these I would very much appreciate knowing.

As for warranty work, that is hardly practical. Eighty bucks for a service call, then the guy has to get FR approval, then find the part, and finally come back to install it. There's one process that just does not work. Better to buy it out of pocket and install the light myself.

Contact your dealer. FR has had some issues with the round LED fixtures. They will send you replacements. It is worth a the call.

Tried replacing round incandescent with round LED in our 2013 Sabre and blew a
15 amp fuse every time it was activated. Could this be related to the "problem" referenced, and, if so, do you have more info or links to the issue? Any help is appreciated..

I just checked with FR and their response was:

Those are lifetime warranty thru the supplier (Bright Ideas), but you have to contact them directly at:

I contacted them and they are shipping me a new replacement light. I just needed to email them a shipping lable and will need to return the defective unit.

I had one go out yesterday. etrailer.com is the only place I have found them.

I'll contact Bright Ideas. Free replacement is better!
