Left rear running light on with battery

I have a 2023 Riverstone 39RKFB and the left rear LED running lights stay on with the battery connected. I have swapped the light assemblies one at a time and the problem is still there. I have sprayed contact cleaner on the 7 pin, the light wire connection and the wire box on the pin box. No other running marker lights are on.

are you sure it is running lights and not the left turn and or stop lights

Yellow wire in standard 7 pin wiring diagram

use a multi meter and work out what wires are getting power in the 7pin
then work out why they getting power

I turned multimeter switch down to 20 and took new readings:

Tail/running lights .47v
Left turn signal/brake 5.09v
Ground
Electric brake 0
Right turn signal/brake .12
12V Power 13.19

These were taken at the Pollack plug.
