LG Refrigerator Power Issue

Hi y’all, we’re new to this residential type refrigerator with dedicated inverter, so please bare with me.😄
We lost power at the park and the refrigerator stopped running. It didn’t run off of the solar power or 12v battery, which is how we were told it works. Please correct me if I’m wrong?☹️
Any ideas as to what might be the issue? Any help will be much appreciated!!

Any other item not working like the microwave, tv or converter?

if they are fine then perhaps the breaker is switched. Often it is hard to tell when they are off. You turn them completely off and then on again. There will be one for the fridge and inverter likely.

is the inverter turned on?

Many inverters have a GFCI plug as an output. It may have tripped a while back. Check it out.

I’ve reset the breakers more than once, still not working. Power is back on, but I gotta figure this one out soon…it is hurricane season after all.
