A loose plug could have caused the converter (the device that provides 12v when plugged into shore power and charges the battery) to go off/on but if you have a good battery and it is charged, it shouldn't have a dramatic effect of flashing the lights.
As mentioned, check your battery(ies) and output of the converter.

Loose connections at converter and negative bus where all 12 V negative connections are made can cause this. Loose connections can cause converter to switch from one charge mode to another as it's not reading true battery voltage as loads can cause it to fluctuate.
Always a good idea to clean and tighten all screw connections at converter, 12v minus bus, and battery(s).
FWIW I had this issue when I had the original Lead Acid battery type converter. Since I changed to Lithium batteries and installed a fixed voltage converter my flickering light issue went away. Original converter was a WFCO8955.
