Are they of the type that you can also push in on the center of the light to turn on/off...besides the switch on the panel.
Do you also have any remote control that can control the lights. Many RV's do have this and if you accidentally or purposefully turn on certain lights with the remote, they have to also be turned off with the remote. We've had instances of where owners pressed the remote button in a drawer, or a child did.
