LiPo battery charger

I’m sure this has been asked a millions times but what type of charger do I need to top off LiPo batteries. As I understand my solar and the built in RV converter (shore power) can charge up to around 80% then I need to charge with another charger for LiPo ?

Could someone link me to a mid grade charger?

I have these batteries from Amazon.
Power Queen 2 Pack 12.8V 100Ah LiFePO4 Battery, Built-in 100A BMS, Lithium Battery 2560Wh, Up to 15000+ m
Thanks!

Any charger with a LiFo setting will work. Mine has a button that toggles thru 4 battery types , LiFo being the last one. Does your solar charger have a LiFo setting, if so you should not need a separate charger. If not you could just replace it with one that does, then you don't have to deal with a separate charger.

This is good advice.

Iíll have to check the charger, I believe it does. What about amperage for the charger? I did see the IP22 30a charger, but it was close to $200

How do you size the charger? In terms of Amps?

Your on board converter, even if not lithium compatible, will do most of the heavy lifting and then your solar controller, if lithium compatible, will do any of the finishing you'll need.

Thanks. Looks like my controller does support it.

We needed a new charger.

We purchased the Victron 15 amp. Expensive. $150

It has special design to awaken sleeping bmsís. Something that is likely a good idea.

That is a top of the line charger, maybe a Victron. There are a lot of good chargers that are a lot cheaper.

Your solar will charge your lifepo4 battery to 100 percent if it has a lifepo4 setting. I would upgrade your solar controller to a MPPT solar controller. A middle of the price range good MPPT should be around 120 dollars.

EpEver tracer 100/30 is $89.99 on Amazon. Works great for me.
All things considered (I added a MP50 remote display for another $32), now that’s very close to a Victron 100/30 smart solar with Bluetooth. Their minimal display model Bluesolar is $112, $30+ for their Bluetooth dongle).
Victron SmartSolar 75/15 is about $80 with Bluetooth IF you can series parallel your panels to not exceed the 75 volt and 15 amp input limits.
I still track the 100/30 & 75/15 Victron on Amazon. I may switch if the price tempts me to during Prime Days.
My current EPEver 100/30 works great, I’d have preferred Bluetooth vice wired display but the EPEver Bluetooth dongle had a lot of problem reviews. If the unit is easily accessible for viewing, it does have an excellent detailed display. I have mine in the forward pass through, display kinda visible ;(.
My Solar, all 200 watts currently mounted, have no problem topping off and equalizing my 4 batteries. TT has pre Lithium converter.
I have two more 100 watt panels awaiting warmer weather for install. So 4 100 watt panels is all I’m planning on. I can skate by with my current SCC with all four in parallel or drop down to the Victron 75/15 with panels in 2S2P configuration.

Some lifepo4 battery mfrs will recommend using the AGM profile if there is one and no "lithium" profile. Provides the higher voltage desired for fully charging lifepo4 batteries and cell balancing. They feel it's close enough and better than just a FLA profile.

What boomwerps said
Get the solar setup make sure it is set for lifepo4

Last night used about 50ah Cracker Barrel parking
1pm today 100%……… driving up to Ohio
Been using slides jacks heater and 12v fridge
Your results will vary depending on location and size of your solar panels
