Loud clicking noise from EMS-HW30C

I was just in our camper to finish cleaning following a trip last weekend. There is a pretty loud clicking noise coming from our Progressive Industries EMS-HW30C. Putting my hand on it, I can actually feel the clicking. There are no error messages. There is nothing turned on in the camper. I know they have great customer service but since I can't go out there to make a call until later this evening, I thought I see if anybody has had this happen with their unit. Any thoughts or suggestuibs are greatly appreciated!

I had the same clicking or buzzing sound when I first installed my HW30C, after disconnecting power to the unit a few times the noise was gone. My thought is knowing that there is an electromagnet relay that energizes when power is applied it took a few power cycles to make the relay work better and because it was new it needed to be worked a few times to free it up. Talked to a support guy from PI and he seemed to agree with my logic but said if it continued they would replace what was needed.

Thank you. We just installed it last month & this weekend was the first time we used a generator - flipping the by-pass switch on the display. I'll try plugging & unplugging the power a few times & see what happens. It's nice to know we can call them for help - but that's a call I'll need to have my husband make. All I know about electricity is how to flip a switch!! Thanks again!
