Marker lights bleeding '17 Cardinal 3250RL
We're having a problem with our marker lights 'bleeding' black streaks down the front and rear caps on our '17 Cardinal 3250RL. It doesn't matter if I've hit them with wax while cleaning/waxing, or not. Washing the unit with Meguire's Gold Car Wash (or any other product), the black streaks are cleaned off, but they reappear. It looks like they're deteriorating in the sunlight, however our 5er is stored inside a steel building when not being used. Has any other Cardinal owner had this problem?
Contacting Forest River brings no results.

Additionally, if I were to accidentally get wax on the lights, they bleed, making the cleaning a nightmare.

Black streaks are usually, I repeat usually caused by dirt from rain (acid rain) on the roof dripping down the sides of an RV. If there’s an obstacle, such as clearance lights or cargo door latches, that dirt from rain collects around the obstacles until it drips further down the side.
No guarantee, but it’s fairly common.

What is deteriorating? (the lens?, the rubber?)
What do you mean if you get wax on them they bleed? (bleed what? the color of the lens?, the rubber? what?)
Do you have a photo?
