Name this outlet...
Hi folks,
We’ve recently picked up a Wolf Pup 17JG and although it’s missing quite a few ‘standard’ features (apparently Forest River ran short of parts??!!) we are pretty happy.
Trouble is, nobody at dealership knew what the outlet below is for, it’s right beside queen bed. Any ideas?
Thanks!

This question has been asked often here... but it's hard to search for it without knowing what the thing is.
See this and the links it provides ==> https://www.forestriverforums.com/fo...ll-226113.html.

Well, it looks like a battery charger for a hand tool of some sort, although I have nevewr seen one installed at the factory before.

It's for a wireless speaker.

This dang Driven Speaker charger is working on being the second highest cause of FRF admin headaches after the "can my vehicle tow this" posts [emoji1787][emoji1787][emoji1787]
Forest River, but a dang sticker in that thing already!!!

Exactly.
If Forest River is going to mount these chargers for factory supplied speakers, are the actual speakers included in the drawers with any other remotes, documents, parts from other accessories?
Obviously they don’t ship the RV units with the speaker in the charger base, or everyone that sees this thing hanging on the wall, would be asking “What is this thing?”

Who wants to communicate this suggestion to Forest River or its divisions who install this "thing"?

Wow, I have been using mine to charge my phone without a wire. My phone lays in it and gets charged. No wireless speakers in my camper.

Odd! “Ralph” would have been my choice if I had thought about it.

Weirdest thing, it's my "go to" name when I'm coming up with a silly name for something.

I’ve used it with extra characters as a password.

The OP has a Cherokee Wolf Pup, not a Rockwood Roo.
