LED but it looks like you have to replace the whole fixture.

Looks to me like there's probably a quick-disconnect plug behind that little door on the left. Probably an easy fix/replacement. (Yes- it's an LED)

You have lots of options if you're good with a small-wattage soldering iron.

eBay

You can order all kinds of inexpensive LED lights on eBay. Solder them in (remember that polarity matters) and you are good to go. Lots of the new fixtures come non-replaceable bulbs, because everyone knows LEDs last forever. If you want a simple fix, I can highly recommend this fixture. Very bright. I have a similar light and the whole fixture will have to be replaced. Mine is attached with a close hanger type spring. Just snaps out of the ceiling. If your unit is still under warranty FR will replace them. NOW the bad news, mine started going out one by one until 9 lights had to be replaced. FR worked with me on all of the lights even thought some happened after the 12 month warranty! Good luck!!

In my 2013 Solaire I had to re-soder the wire going to the switch on the light. Pull the fixture out first and check that.
