New Coachmen Prism No TV Power

Have no power to the Television in RV. Outside TV has power. The TV is in a slide which has fireplace, fireplace has power. The on button does not power TV up, the remote does not power the TV. Coachman tech say the engine can't be running, it is not. Checked the fuse in inside panel it is good. Any ideas?

2022 Prism Elite, one week old. The walkthrough at dealer was very poor, they have staffing issues. TV was not covered in walkthrough.

If you have a volt meter, check the voltage at the outlet where the TV is plugged in. Could be a ground fault circuit up the line from that outlet has tripped or a breaker in your panel has tripped. You should have 110 at the TV outlet.

Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. I agree with checking the outlet for power. I think I would run an extension from an outlet I know works to the TV and see if it will power up. Keep in mind just because a TV plugs into a 110V outlet does not mean it operates on 110 some are 12V very much like your phone chargers that plugs into 110v but is much lower.

Power to TV

Thanks for the replies. Followed the power cord as far as I could, through floor and into a outside storage compartment. Many wires there and then under the RV. Believe this is 12V power although the coach is in FL and I am now in NJ. Have contacted Coachman hope to hear back soon.
