Newbie to this forum with electrical issues

We are from Easton Pa. We own a 2015 Rpod 179.
I do have an issue. We recently were at Cape May, and the converted went out. We had to disconnect the slide out motors and push in the slide out. Now that we are home, I can push the slide out back out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Even with your converter out the batteries should have been able to run the slide unless they were dead.
Also what makes you think the converter is out?

We need more detail. What makes you think the converter went bad? Was it tested? It could just be a loose battery cable, circuit breaker for the converter tripped? TT's have circuit breakers usually up front under along the frame not too far from the battery. If one of those tripped it could have cut the 12v power to the RPod. Let us know your diagnostic process so we can better narrow it down instead of speculating.

multimeter on battery showed only 10 volts should have been 13.6 if converter was working

Put the same multimeter on the DC output of the converter and see if it has output that is not reaching batteries due to wiring or bad breaker. Also check and replace the fuses on the converter if zero output.

As an interim fix you can recharge your batteries with a conventional automotive battery charger. You can also use jumper cables attached to your truck batteries. But test the converter as described above.

There is a lot of equipment in the TT that runs on 12vdc. Is everything not working? If everything else is working you have a fuse or breaker between the converter and battery open or a loose connection.

Still....look for breaker(s) as I showed above. If one is tripped, the charge from the converter will NOT reach the battery.
